Email Alerts

I'm having a problem with receiving email alerts. I have all the criteria setup but it does nothing when I select "Mail Selected Reports Now"

I have the smtp server info filled in, enabled report mailing on the server, created mail groups and added my email to a group, and also checked the mail report and selected group for the desired report.

Any help would be nice!

We have had similar issues, one fix for us was to make sure the Netbios name in the configuration is correct. Do not use the FQDN (fully qualified domain name)

Our alerts now come in but not always in real time
