My configured email account is POP3 on GMail and I pass the LS communication test. My incoming test ticket is received by GMail and processed by Lansweeper. I know because I have configured an automatic reply for unauthorized user email addresses and the automatic (rejection) reply is generated.

However, the email ticket in the GMail folder never changes status to having been read after it is processed, so LS continues to generate a new rejection reply every minute. The error occurs even if I set the GMail account to delete GMail's copy after it is read. (Which re-verifies that the email status doesn't change.)

I don't think I'm missing something in my configuration, but maybe someone can help identify an item I did overlook?
