Empty User details for non english accounts

Hello.
I have lansweeper Premium Version 4.0.0.42

I notice that Active Directory accounts, which Logon name writed with non english chars, do not displayed in section "User details". All information fields are empty.

I check - information about that users presented in SQL database in table "tblADusers".
If Logon name writed with enlish chars - User details displays correctly.

Can you help me with this problem.
It is very important for me to see user's last logons.

For scanning I use both methods (Active scanning and IP range scanning).

Yes, as I say, information present in table "tblADusers".
