I get this from the web broswer after upgrading to 3.5.2 from 3.5.1.

I searched the forum and didn't see this error. I went ahead and recopied the files and set them all to 'everyone' with Full Permissions.

What else can I try?

Well... now I get a prompt asking me for a username & password. I've entered the local & domain administrator credentials and I get "Access Denied". Rebooted, tried again - nothing. This is weird! Yet, If I try to use the Configuration utility, I can get in just fine.

What exactly did you change to get this?

Could you try connecting to http://yourserver/lansweeper/it-reports.aspx

and

http://yourserver/lansweeper/state.aspx

to get a better error description.

Already did that by adding the "Everyone - Full control" rights on the root website folder of Lansweeper and having it propagate down to all subfolders. I confirmed all files have the rights. I'm still getting the same "IT-Reports.aspx" error. Let me know if I'm missing something. Thanks, as always!

Has there been a fix for this? I too am having the same issue (I've already changed the Debug value in web.config and added the Customerrors value to "off" also - still I get this issue). All this occurred after the upgrade.

This error is caused by not all of the webfiles having the security set to "everyone full controll"
