Our policy restricts access to optical drives. Since service is disabled also in registry, every workstation that is scanned, has following error in lansweeper

Is there any other way to workaround this issue? If I put -1 in table dbo.TsysWaittime for cdrom, will it skip scanning cdrom at all? Entering highest possible value might be also solution, but then i need to manually clear errors table for this error for new entries.
