Fresh install sees only main station.

Hello,

I`m a first time user of Lansweeper and i must say it`s great in theory but i`m having a hard time having it see all my stations. I`ve installed it onto a PC at work at my bosses request to test it and i can`t scan any other station in the office but my own.

I need some help coinfiguring it or fixing the issue.

The weird thing is that rbworks computer show up in the computer list.

ok i did the update and it seems to be working. one question though, is there a way i can scan a domain for computers instantly? something like click and it goes?

After you have filled in the domains it should start automatically (within 15 minutes)

Version 3.5.2 has been released half an hour ago (which fixes some known active scanning problems)

the lansweeperservice.exe is version 3.5.1.0

i`m not sure the heydorn netbios is right but i know all the data for rbworks is good and both are pingable.

is heydorncapital.com the correct netbios name?

Are you able to ping/resolve "rbworks.com" and "us.heydorncapital.com" from the server?

What is the version number of your lansweeperservice.exe file?

Please upload a screenshot of your configuration and an extract of your errorlog.txt file.

I added the domains as you said and i have admin rights for both domains. I checked " Enable active scanning " but i don`t see any changes. no computers added or anyghing.

You need to fill in your domain dns name and netbios name + activate active scanning.
