Get rid of empty search results?

Old software that was previously installed (like the Java Runtime Environment) is shown as installed software but when I click on the title to get the affected systems the details view is empty.

Is there any way to clean/remove those empty categories from the database?

If a software package is no longer installed on any machines, it will be completely removed from your database.

What is likely the problem is that the machines the software package is installed on are all set to non-active. It is a known bug that searching for a software package like this will return empty search results. This bug will be fixed in Lansweeper 5.0, of which we expect to release a beta within the next few weeks.
