I have a problem with Windows Software Search.
Same software name with many versions; it only shows up when I input a first word, but when I input the full name, it does not show up.
Like this picture, for the search "Kaspersky," it shows duplicate software and version results (but the total PC is the right number; for Kaspersky version 12.7.0.533, the total are 358 + 168 = 526)
And when I search the full name "Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows" or "Kaspersky Endpoint" or "Kaspersky " (with a space), it only shows 1 result (miss 168 PC).

As far as I can investigate, this trouble is caused by the use of 'No Break Space' in the name "Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows." In the same version of Kaspersky, I have 2 names, one with 'normal space' and one with 'no break space.'
I found that by this query:
SELECT TOP 1000000 *
FROM tblSoftwareUni
WHERE tblSoftwareUni.softwareName LIKE '%' + CHAR(160) + '%'
But I don't know if it caused by Lansweeper or by Kaspersky.

From the screenshot you provided, it appears that some components are missing. This could be due to a restricted internet connection. If your network uses traffic inspection, please add the support portal to the exception list.
