There currently aren't any 'standard' reports for the helpdesk part of Lansweeper, but there are plans for them being added in one of our next big updates. We have however added a few extra widgets which currently fulfill the role of data tracking:
* Agent tracker
* Monthly tickets overview
* State summary
* Helpdesk report (which does have a few already made helpdesk specific reports)
* Time chart
...
Also the Chart report widget has had some heldesk reports added.
