Looking for standard reports for helpdesk. Example all opened tickets for the month, all closed tickets for the month, # of tickets assigned to techs and so forth.

I feel like I am missing where to look for them.... LOL

There currently aren't any 'standard' reports for the helpdesk part of Lansweeper, but there are plans for them being added in one of our next big updates. We have however added a few extra widgets which currently fulfill the role of data tracking:
* Agent tracker
* Monthly tickets overview
* State summary
* Helpdesk report (which does have a few already made helpdesk specific reports)
* Time chart
...

Also the Chart report widget has had some heldesk reports added.

I found this page while searching google; I have looked at our configuration but all of our Widgets are grayed out. How do we enable them for appropriate reporting?
