Looking for standard reports for helpdesk. Example all opened tickets for the month, all closed tickets for the month, # of tickets assigned to techs and so forth.
I feel like I am missing where to look for them.... LOL

* Helpdesk report (which does have a few already made helpdesk specific reports)
* Time chart

Also the Chart report widget has had some heldesk reports added.
