Is there a way to force Lansweeper to automatically poll all PC's weekly or biweekly? This would allow it to pick up any changes to hardware, new pc's, etc.

Thanks in advance.

My last poll was done on 6/19/09.

I found the solution. It was the 2003 Server IE Enhanced Security.

The enhanced security configuration also restricts access to scripts, executable files, and other potentially unsafe files on a UNC path unless the UNC path is added to the Local Intranet zone explicitly. For example, if you want to access \\server\share\setup.exe, you must add \\server to the Local intranet zone.

This resolved my issue.

Ok, poll is still not working. And trigger scan action from the web console still does not work.

If I manually run the scan, it works.

Any ideas?

Thanks

About a previous question: did you ran lstrigger manually also to test.

Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the action setup. (with the real info)

No, no error in bottom left of IE status bar.

3.5.1.0 is the version of lansweeperservice.exe

Thanks for all your help with this.

My version is 3.5.1.13

Is this the version of lansweeperservice.exe?

In internet explorer do you see a javascript error in the status bar when you click the link?

Action for lstrigger is:
\\server\LanSweeperTools\LsTrigger\lstrigger.exe server {computer} domain

server being the name of my server and domain being the name of my domain

My version is 3.5.1.13

where should I see the error "file not found"? a popup?

Thanks
