I have around 50 printers that I manage, five of them are Toshibas. Of those five, four are TOSHIBA e-STUDIO 3515AC and one is a TOSHIBA e-STUDIO 5018A. All five printers are using the exact same SNMP settings, however, Lansweeper can no longer poll the four 3515AC printers. All four printers show scanning issues that list "Access Denied", " SNMP Infor Lacking on Latest Scan" and "RPC Unavailable".  The one 5018A printer scans fine, without issue.

Using Lansweepers connection tester (Ran on the server that hosts Lansweeper) , I can poll each of the printers and retrieve all the related OID's. I tested specifically for .1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2.0 and get a response from each printer.

In Lansweeper, all 5 toshibas use the same credentials, in the same order.

We noticed this started a few days ago. Last week, LS could scan all of our printers with out issue. Anyone else having this issue?

We jsut updated our LS today to 12.5.2.3. It was on 12.3.2.3.
After updating, it looks like the issue still exsists.

So it turns out that the printers updated their firmware on the day that everything broke... The joys of I.T.
