how to get Forum profile registered as Premium User?

Dear Team

I am a user of LanSweeper Premium, but my profile on the Forum says Freeware User. How to get that corrected?

FYI for all: Our forum structure was changed several months ago. We don't use the Premium section of the forum any more. Upgrading your forum account is no longer possible or required. All forum sections are open now for everybody.

I can't seem to find where I can do this. On the forum there is no option to add my key? I would also like to upgrade from freeware user with my premium key?

To upgrade your forum status, log into the forum and click "Upgrade your forum status to Premium User", in the "Lansweeper Premium Users" section of the forum. You will then be prompted to enter your license key.
