how to remove software /hardware information that is no longer current

After removing an application from a pc it is still listed.

How can I get this quick and save out of the database?

In the configuration table you can configure to scan software every x days.
You can set it to 0 to always query the software.

Or you can use the premium lstrigger tool which triggers a full scan of a machine.
