How to resolve "Regerror Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation"

Hi Guys,

I have installed this softwares and it seems to be good but the only issues is I am unable to scan most of the pc and i get the following error.

Regerror Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation. WINITSUPPORT (10.102.56.229) 01/12/2008 08:39:47 PM

The firewall on the client computer has been disabled and i have run lsclient.exe "server name" command few times but it does not help. Can someone please help.

Edit: in 3.5, remote registry access is not required anymore

Please check the possible solution in our knowledgebase.
This is most likely a registry security problem.
