Iinconsistencies in scanning information

We are currently evaluating this Lansweeper for our company. We noticed that there are some inconsistencies in what software it shows installed on machines. My director of IT is very impressed with the layout of the software and what it can do. We just don’t understand why it’s not accurate. Has anyone run into this problem and how do we fix it.

Lansweeper gets software information from the registry and will show the same info found under Programs & Features (or Add/Remove Programs, depending on the computer's operating system).
