would it be possible to enhance the API to provide connectors with external services (e.g. Slack)?
APIs that are missing are:
- an event when a user creates a new ticket (via email or via the web)
- an event when a ticket is updated (by the user or by another agent, by mail, by web, by API)
Furthermore, it would be advisable that in the parameters of the API function EditTicket it could be specified whether lansweeper should also send the email to the user / agent or only update the ticket.
