Incorrect data format in 'Recent Changes' - 'Software'

The format date is not applied in the 'Installed' field of 'Recent changes - Software' report.

This value is read from the registry add/remove programs.
There is no agreed format how the vendor should store this information (if he stores the information) so expect to find different date formats in there.
