Engaged Sweeper
Hello

We have several servers, based on Supermicro X6DVA-4G2(X6DVA-EG2) motherboard. Lansweeper shows incorrect information about amount and configuration of memory on that servers. For example, Lansweeper says:

Memory 1
Tag: Physical Memory 0
DeviceLocator: DIMM0
Capacity (MB): 1024
PositionInRow: 1
DataWidth: 128
BankLabel: BANK0
FormFactor: 8
InterleaveDataDepth: 1
InterleavePosition: 1
MemoryName: Unknown
TotalWidth: 128
TypeDetail: 128
Date: 26.10.2010 11:28:21
Memory 2
Tag: Physical Memory 1
DeviceLocator: DIMM0
Capacity (MB): 1024
PositionInRow: 1
DataWidth: 128
BankLabel: BANK1
FormFactor: 8
InterleaveDataDepth: 1
InterleavePosition: 2
MemoryName: Unknown
TotalWidth: 128
TypeDetail: 128
Date: 26.10.2010 11:28:21

But in fact this server has 4Gb (2Gb x 2) of RAM
Is it possible to solve this problem?

It is quite old hardware and I think Supermicro stops update it.
Thank you. I will write to Supermicro support.

If wmi returns the same information, it's not a lansweeper problem.
You can search on the supermicro site for an updated driver or bios version.

Thanks for the quick response.
Please find attached files.

As I can see it is not LanSweeper problem, because WMI says the same.
Could you give me some advice about this situation?

Can you post the output of "wmic path win32_physicalmemory" and "wmic path win32_physicalmemoryarray" of this server. (you can run it from the command line)
