hello,
i have the Opinion that the IP-Range scan do not start to the scheduled time.
I have defined any IP-Ranges with credentials but all IP-Range based machines not in the Database :-S
Only the Scan from ActiveDirectory and workgroup was successfull.
What i have to check?!?!

It might take some minutes before the "scan now" kicks in.
Do you have any errors in the system log or errorlog.txt file?

here the result:
Lansweeper service 4.1.0.18
Enterprise version - Active scanning enabled
Total computers processed: 3857
In queue 0 In process 0 Threads running 0 IP scans in queue 0
IP scans running 0
I have started Scan all enabled ranges now" and the same result.

You can check the scanning queue on http://127.0.0.1:9524 on the scanning server.
