I'm having some issues here. I cant seem to figure out whats wrong...

I'm at the point where I'm trying to tell LS to scan a pc. When I do I get a popup that says:
Do you want to run : 'lstrigger.exe myserver CU-ANTHONYS ALLEN0'

Now I'm assuming its not supposed to have the "myserver" part in there, it wouldnt make sense to me.

But regardless, I say "OK" and nothing happens. I just get a message on the bottom left corner of IE
that says "Error on page."

I haven't been able to get anything to scan. Help?

Never mind, I guess to use lstrigger you have to have the premium pack.

Although I still am unable to receive any information from computers on the network.
I dont know how to proceed from here. Do you have to have premium to have good
information?

You need to run the lsclient on your computers that you want to be scanned.
If they return errors you can check the exact problem with the connection tester utility.
To solve possible errors you can do a search on the forum or create a new post with your exact error.
