Thank you for bringing this up. We are aware of an issue where Microsoft 365 Licenses to Users information is missing (bug reference LAN-16991). This is a confirmed bug, and our development team is actively working on a resolution.
Current Status:
The fix for this bug is scheduled to be released in the REL 12.3.1 version.
What You Can Do in the Meantime:
- Downgrade to a previous backup/snapshot: If this functionality is critical to your work, you can temporarily downgrade to a previous version where this issue is not present. Any version before v12 will solve the issue.
- Wait for the Fix: If downgrading is not an option, the fix will be available in the upcoming release.
