LanSweeper Database not upgrading from 3.5 to 4.1

Hi,

I am currently running LanSweeper 3.5 with full scanned database and want to upgrade to new version 4.1. But while upgradation installation of 4.1 version; it is not able to upgrade the database of 3.5. It is being 5 days the SQL database upgradation process still going on. I want know is it known bug that we can not upgrade from 3.5 to 4.1 directly. In future if this upgrades are being released then what is solution for this. Can I stop exsisting database upgrade process which is running for so long time?

Database with around 1800 PCs....

How many computers are in the database? 5 days or longer is possible with many computers.
upgrade from 3.x to 4.x is the only update that takes this long because all database tables have been changed.
