I had to move Lansweeper to a new server, I used the 4.0 setup file. It is telling me trial version, I am a premium user. How do I change this without re-buying.

Old install has database corruption. I can't get into old Configuration page to get my license key. Is there any other way of retrieving it, like does Lansweeper keep that stuff on record or do they have a phone number.

You can open the configuration tool and copy/paste your license key.
