Hi,
I just upgraded to the latest version but I had a couple of problems. First I had an error message saying something about Access Denied but just after a restart that went through.
The problem now is that I'm unable to start the Lansweeper Server service. When I try to start it the error message is saying "The system cannot find the file specified". When I look in the C:\Program files\Lansweeper\Serice folder I can see the lansweeperservice.exe file has been renamed to lansweeperservice.exe.config.
If I try to rename the file back to the original name the error message is saying "Could not start the Lansweeper Server service on Local Computer" "Error 5: Access is denied."
Anyone got a clue what's going on?

1) run the installer
2) select "new installation"
3) select only the service to install
This will fix your problem.
