Engaged Sweeper

The sync server for one of our clients is listed as down but when I log into the web console the only issue is that it can't connect to the cloud site. I've tried the instructions in https://community.lansweeper.com/t5/sites/scan-server-status-unknown-or-sync-server-status-down/ta-p... to no avail, there's not even any error logs. 

This happened at the end of April right after I updated the server software to version 12.4.1.1. 

I feel like this has to be some sort of network issue but the private IP has been whitelisted already, and the host is able to access the internet with zero issues. 

Open to ideas here, please help.
