Hello,

I have problem opening the Lansweeper Web Console. It was working fine a week ago. Now suddenly the Console just doesn't open.

It says,

Web Server Error:
SQL Error: Can't connect to the database.
Login failed for user 'lansweeperuser'.

I followed everything said in the below Post,

and I also went through,

Connection String and username and password is correct throughout the web.config, services file etc.

I'am stuck at this point and can't seem to think of anything.

Kindly help resolve this.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

If there is a login failure, your database password is most likely not correct. Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with:
- A link to this forum thread.
- The Errorlog.txt file located in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service on your Lansweeper server.
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Lansweeperservice.exe.config.
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\web.config.
