Last User only shows "No user information gathered"

Hi,

We´ve got the problem that some of our mashines don´t show the last logged on user. All other informations are shown well.
Under config / User info / Last logon is "No information found".
A full rescan doesn´t help. Lasst seen shows the right date and time.

Those mashines showing the user infos an those who dosn´t are in the same OU and IP Range. The mashines are Windows XP and not Windows 2000.

Any idears???

Please contact us at support@lansweeper.com and provide us with a screenshot of your web console landing page and information on the scanning methods you are currently using.
Please also run LsPush with the /file parameter on one workstation not returning user information. Then send us the file that was generated. Instructions on using LsPush with file export can be found on page 34 of our online documentation.
