License Compliance Query is Broken

I began using the license tracking feature of Lansweeper (v4.0.0.27) but it is no longer working. This is what displays after clicking on "License compliance" on the main page. It started to occurred after I added some Microsoft software to the tracking list.

It seems like I'm having the exact same issue when clicking on the License Compliance link. I tried running 'exec web40softwarelicenses' from the SQL Server Management Studio as suggested above and got the message "Msg 2812, Level 16, State 62, Line 1. Could not find stored procedure 'web40softwarelicenses'." I'm also running LanSweeper 4.0.0.27 with SQL 2008 R2 (x64) on Windows Server 2008 (x64). Out of curiosity, I ran 'exec sp_stored_procedures' and it didn't list any 'web40...' stored procedures.

My mistake.

web40softwarelicenses is a stored procedure.

You need to run it with sql server management studio.

exec web40softwarelicenses

The query didn't work, the error is below. Also, I could not find the table "web40softwarelicenses".

Msg 208, Level 16, State 3, Line 1
Invalid object name 'web40softwarelicenses'.

Could you try running "select * from web40softwarelicenses" to see how long it takes to get results.
