Linux software reports fail

Hi,

when I list the software installed on my linux servers and try to export it to Excel/csv/xml the file generated is empty.
But this kind of listing works fine with Windows server.

Thank you.

PS: I'm using last version of lansweeper 5 (updated a few minutes ago)
