I'm trying to implement the LanSweeper on my network.
But i have a problem running the action pack tools.
Where should i put the files, what is the default directory for the tools?
The same applies to the wol option, i can't get it to work!!!
Any help is welcome...

Easiest would be to put it in your %windir%/system32 folder

I'm sure you can put them about anywhere.
What I've done is created a common hidden share on a server. Then, dumped all the action files into that location... including several of my own that I've used over the years. This way, all your people who use the Lansweeper Web Console can access the tools in read only fashion.
Go to the gui console click on configuration and then edit the custom actions so that the action column contains a path to your tool.
Example using LSGRAB (if you have it):
\\servername\hiddenshare$\utilities\lansweeperfiles\lsgrab /c:{computer} /p:c:\temp
I don't use LSGrab but this is a good example.
Edit the paths in the action column for all tools like that.
