Dear concern,
There are some clients who are coming into our network and sometimes there are even out of our network. Our requirement is, we want the log history i.e; when the client enters into the network and leaves out. kindly suggest me on this

The only way to "detect" clients is to scan them using one of the available scanning methods, such as IP Range Scanning. Your scanning methods can be configured in the Lansweeper configuration console under Scanning Servers\(name of your server).
"Rogue" machines will likely be firewalled, preventing you from scanning them. They may be detected as "unknown" devices however.
