lstrigger and free version

I have 3.2 Update 1 installed. Added a few servers in the Scheduled Scanning tab and they appeared in the web console. Clicked on Trigger scan and had one error (login) to correct. Now I click it and there is no update to the results and no status indicated whether the request ran or is pending.

Maybe it's because it is the free version.

Documentation could be better.

Please help.

You are correct, there is no lstrigger.exe on the free version.

What you will need to do is put lsclient.exe and a batch script on your domain controllers as a domain start script.

Here is the example from our batchfile (change Myserver to your LS server).

%logonserver%\netlogon\lsclient.exe Myserver
