lstrigger fails

I have LANsweeper set up for our domain and it is scanning using active scanning fine. However, if I want to get an update for a particular machine and run lstrigger, it always errors with 'failed' whether run via the web console or directly on the machine running LANsweeper. What am I missing?

Is lansweeper running on the default port 9524?
Maybe this port is firewalled on the server or the local firewall is blocking access.

lstrigger tokyo itdept-mt school

where tokyo is the server running LANsweeper, itdept-mt is an example workstation and school is our netbios domain name. This is from the command line. Obviously, running this from the web console correctly inserts the path to lstrigger on the server.

The result is:
