lstrigger not workng

Morning,

I have setup the path in the console for all the actions and the lstrigger seems to fail. The other actions do work; I even tried running from the cmd on the server and I see it "connecting" then a "Failed" error.

Also screengrabber work, but the image is blank.


Any ideas?

I found the answer:

I forgort to rename the config file when I upgraded to premuim.
I knew it had to be something that happen after the upgrade.

That also resolved the trigger issue.

It looks like your service is not running al all because the "connectionstring" part cannot be read.

Most likely cause of the problem is a line break between "initial" and "Catalog" in your config file.

Could you upload your config file to verify this please.

I checked the service version and it is the Premium version,

I also noticed that since I installed the premium pack, the last scan was when I performed the service update.
I have login scripts for the lsclient as well.

Also I checked the error log and this is what is present since the update:
