Running Lansweeper 3.5.1 Premium version

We have different version of Mcafee Viruscan installed but Lansweeper is reporting only version until 7.x
Versions 8 and 8.5 are not reported with the exception of 3 out of 100 computers. All other software are reported correctly: I really don't understand why, since if it were a problem related to an unscanned key then I shouldn't ever see it

Any suggestion?

Indeed, add a file from mcafee to the custom file scanning list.

One easy way to do this would be to find a file that is Mcafee only and have it scanned, then make a report that shows you all of the PC's that have it.

You are right: it seems that McAfee has the ability to be hidden from the add/remove programs list during the setup and the automatic installation we're using has this flag enabled... 😞
Is there a way to tell Lansweeper to scan for it without reinstalling all my computers with a different setup?

On the affected computers is Mcafee showing in the list of add/remove programs.
Do you see any database timeouts in the errorlog.txt file?
