missing key office.

I have the problem with key of microsoft office.
I don't find the key. all client have installed office ( more version )but I don't find the product key after scan.
I verify that in configuration --> product key are present.

Can you try to search for "digitalproductID" in the registry on the client.
If you find it add the registry key found to the list of scanned license keys.
