Hi community,
We have set up the Intune scanning target to import our mobile devices into Lansweeper. While the integration itself is working well, I’ve encountered an issue with the asset states.

All our mobile devices from Intune were automatically set to "Non-active". This is likely because we use the "Clean up options" feature, which marks an asset as non-active if it hasn't been reachable for 30 days.

However, these mobile devices were successfully scanned via Intune just yesterday, yet their state remains "Non-active".

Does anyone know why the Intune scan doesn't automatically trigger a state change back to "Active," or is there a specific setting I'm missing?
