Greetings,

I was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction. We've been in the process of moving software products and associated licenses around. However, Microsoft products (Office / SQL) are not updating in the License Compliance section. All other software products have been updating correctly. I read in the forum that you should set the Software scan options to "0", which I did, but the Microsoft products have not been updating even though I changed this setting over a week ago. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

That's what I thought. I was looking at the "Uninstall" reg keys and there's nothing listed for that instance of Office. I even logged on and it's not showing up in the Add/Remove Programs. I'm not sure if this has any affect on it, but for example, this particular PC had Office 07 Enterprise, but we needed to downgrade it to Pro Plus. We removed Enterprise, then installed Pro Plus.

Lansweeper looks at the same registry keys as the ones you see in "add/remove programs"

I have the lsclient attached to our login script for all users and I'm seeing the particular PC's reporting in based on the "Date Last Scanned". It's odd, because like I stated before, other application installations reported and updated. I'm only having issues with the Office 2007 and SQL 2000 instances. Is the LSClient looking for a particular registry key, if so which one?

When you take a look at one workstation with the old setting, do a lsclient/lstrigger, do you see any changes in the software list (date last scanned)
