in our network, we use multiple mailadresses for our users. one of them is also used with lync. is there a way that we can select one specific mailadres from exchange to use in custom actions?
We're not sure we fully understand what you are trying to do, but the only email address you can reference in a user action is the one stored in Active Directory. Use the {email} parameter for this.
