Network Switch Port Mappings

Hi,

I have 6 HP v1910-24G-poe switches and a Draytek 3900 router on my network that are scanned successfull by Lansweeper.

However, I don't see the information around individule ports as suggested by the screenshot at http://www.lansweeper.com/snmp-network-discovery-and-management.aspx

I have attached a screenshot of one of the switches to illustrate the problem.

Is there anything else I need to do or any steps or settings that maybe need tweaking?

This information is only retrieved by Lansweeper 5.0, not Lansweeper 4.2 (which you are using). You can upgrade your installation by following the instructions on page 164 and beyond of our online documentation.
