Newbie questions

Hello, I just testing LanSweeper to use in a network with 800 PC´s (1 domain).

1.- I have tested a hardware change (adding memory to a PC) and the software has detected it without problems. Here is the questions: is there a history track of the changes in hardware / software for each computer ?

2.- I have removed Adobe reader 7.0 from my PC and installed Adobe reader 9.1 but the software still reports I have version 7.1 (I have rebooted my PC to force scan, and I have verified the scan was done)

Thanks, the changes are reflected on the report now. It took 48h

1) There is no history at the moment.
2) Take a look at the documentation for "waittimes" The waittime for software is probably set to a couple of days.
