No software shows

I got lan sweeper isntalled. Nice product.
When it scans the computer I do not get any software listed on the web console.
Did I miss something?

Yes other information is showing up. I will modify the group policy to reflect that and see what happens.

You can take a look at the TSYSerrors table (or in the webconsole)
