I am very new to Lansweeper. We purchased the Premium version and have it installed. I did a scan and love all the info that it brings back. I am going through the manual to try different things but when I try to create a custom report using report builder I run into issues. The instructions say to right click on the report list and click "New Report". When I right click, nothing happens. I can go to the top and hit the reports bar to sort up or down alphabetically, and drop down the Report bar to see the actions, but nothing looks close to the example in the instructions. Am I doing something wrong, or is our software not functioning properly?
