Not Scanning

The software installed without any problems but doesn't return any information.

It doesn't look like it is scanning. The services are running, the management console is accessible... Is there a 'Start Scan' button somewhere?

Lsclient does not need to be installed your workstations, it doesn't do any scanning, it's just a small executable that send a message to the server "please scan me" and stops working.

The premium version does not require lsclient.

The product page says:
"No need to install a client on your workstations, all scanning is done through the use of WMI, fileshares and remote registry access."

I'm confused.
