Is there a way to have Lansweeper forget about a computer? We have some PCs which were scanned by Lansweeper, but have since had their hard drive crash, gotten a virus and needed to reinstall Windows, etc. In any event, these Computer Names are no longer in existence. We've tried editing the properties of the asset, but no matter what we choose: Active, Non-active, Sold, Stolen, Broken, Don't show, Spare, In repair, or Stock, the computer still shows up on most reports.
Thanks.
Thanks.

This is expected behavior. Non-active computers are not hidden from overviews, but marked in a lighter color. This works the same way as in Lansweeper 4.2.

I see the computer in the Assets > Domain report (the name of our domain is FULPAT).

Setting them to non-active should remove them from the default reports.
In which reports do they show up?
