Hi there,
I have one server which is not found by lansweeper even it should be found. If I run device tester on the Lansweeper server and scan it´s IP it answers pings and open ports (for example 80) so it cannot be any firewalling issue. But in Lansweeper there is no device with this IP. I have no scan exclusion for this host. Any idea? What can I do for checking?
Best regards, Jochen

Possible explanations:
- The machine was offline during the last scheduled scan.
- The machine was still queued for scanning.

done and it does appear now... thank you!
Any idea why it did not before? the other machine in this network (it is a DMZ) also is a VM also with IIS activated and all other firewalled (the only difference is the opened port: 21 instead of 80) but only the FTP VM appreaed in LanSweeper...

Could you ensure that No Windows is unchecked for the machine's IP range and then hit the Scan All Enabled IP Ranges Now button under Configuration\Scanning Setup\Scanning Methods.
