Hello

What do I need to change to see in the OS Summary report if a computer has a 32bit or 64bit OS installed?

I also noticed that the caption section does not see a difference between Server 2003 and Server 2003 R2. For Server 2008 it works fine.

Could you clarify which specific page, report or widget you're referring to. The information you are after is stored in the SystemType field of tblComputersystem.

This shouldn't happen. Please contact support@lansweeper.com and provide us with screenshots of this behavior.
