I have a number of PC's that have an incomplete list of installed software after being scanned.
However, if I inspect one of the PC's and use the Advanced Action - "Uninstall Software", this will display the full list of installed software.
I get the following alert when I look at the Errors tab on each of the PC's:
Type: Error
Item: Software
Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
There doesn't appear to be any WMI errors, windows firewall is off and remote registry is enabled.
Using the Lansweeper Conectiontester tool is successful when connecting to the PC's.
Any ideas please on what I should be looking at?
Thanks

Update to 5.0.0.65 has fixed the problem.
After re-scanning all assets, I am now seeing complete software lists on Servers and Workstations
