I just installed the demo version from the 18/02/10 and now I get a 1 number with no description on the dafault page.
When I view the source I assume that this will be the offending code.

Looking further into the issue i see that the server is being picked up with a IPV6 address.
Going into the errorlog i see the following:
2010/02/23 01:55:38 PM: BBDNET\ZKW2K8R2\1 Cannot set column 'Ipaddress'. The value violates the MaxLength limit of this column.
at System.Data.DataColumn.CheckMaxLength(DataRow dr)
at System.Data.DataTable.RaiseRowChanging(DataRowChangeEventArgs args, DataRow eRow, DataRowAction eAction, Boolean fireEvent)
at System.Data.DataTable.SetNewRecordWorker(DataRow row, Int32 proposedRecord, DataRowAction action, Boolean isInMerge, Int32 position, Boolean fireEvent, Exception& deferredException)
at System.Data.DataTable.InsertRow(DataRow row, Int64 proposedID, Int32 pos, Boolean fireEvent)
at System.Data.DataRowCollection.Add(DataRow row)
at LansweeperService.mdllogon.LSclientLogon(LS_Computer& mycomputer, SqlConnection& sqlcon)
This can be confirmed by the following screenshots

Does the server also have an IP4 address?
Is this the scanner server itself or another server?

Is there anything scanned in the "scanned items" section?

Unforunately I had already deleted the machine from the database when you asked for the screen shots. I attempted to rescan the machine. The scan ran for almost 3 hours. When it finished it showed that the OS or software was not scanned.

I have the same problem. When you view the list of computers in the domain the icon to the left of the computer name will be blank. The machine is a ProLiant DL380 G5 and I have multiple of the same machine, but I only have the problem on one of the machines. They are running Windows 2003 R2. There are no errors in the errors.txt file. The scan will run for over an hour on this one machine before I guess the scan times out. The processor is listed as an *. It knows some information about the machine and it reports that it was scanned.

Any idea which computer is missing from the list?
