Recently, our Lansweeper install has become incredibly slow, so much so, it is not worth switching screens.
For example. to bring up the Scanning Queue from the main dashboard page took a couple of minutes.
The server is VM based server, two E5-4640 processors 2.39Ghz, 4GB memory. The database is currently only about 3GB in size.
Even the Lansweeper News widget can take 3-4 minutes to populate.
Any suggestions on what we can do to speed this up?

FYI for everyone: problem resolved by clearing the (huge) event log tables and updating to the latest Lansweeper release. We highly recommend using an SQL Server database, not a Compact database, to scan networks of 1,000+ assets.

Could you send the following to support@lansweeper.com:
- Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Service\Errorlog.txt.
- If it exists, the error log present in Program Files (x86)\Lansweeper\Website\App_Data.
- Link to this thread.
We will follow up via email.

Currently IIS express - I am the only user using this really, so it is not a workload issue.

The Lansweeper news widget doesn't load any database settings so the problem is most likely your webserver.
Which webserver are you using? (you can check in the configuration\Website access screen.
